We appreciate things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, but to make it as fair as possible we ask that you follow the below guidelines:
– You can cancel or reschedule for free, no questions asked as long as – you give 48hrs for colour appointments and 4 hours for cuts/blow dries. (Sometimes emergency situations can’t be helped and will be honoured)
– If you cancel or reschedule 2 appointments in a row you will be asked to pay in full for your next booking. (Which will be non refundable)
– Unfortunately we have had to implement that if you no show at all, even once, you will be asked to pay in full for your missed service and upfront when rebooking.
Please remember that we are a small business. All of the above is to give us enough time to offer your appointment slot to someone else.
