At Finch, we pride ourselves on offering all of our clients the very best service, in a relaxed inclusive environment. The team are expertly trained in all aspects of hairdressing including cuts, colouring, balayage and Brazilian blow dry’s.
Our price list is structured by the length of hair rather than gender. Anyone with hair length longer than their ears will be charged as long hair and anyone with ear length or above will be charged for short hair. This is a reflection of the time it takes to carry out our services and nothing more.
If you are unsure of the service you need, please message or phone us before booking and we can help. We also offer free consultations but these need to be booked in advance.
Colour services including toner are finished with a complimentary rough dry unless you have booked a professional blow-dry.
Important - please read
Patch Tests are required by law a minimum of 48 hours before your first colour appointment
They take 30 seconds to do and involve putting a very small about of colour behind your ear which needs leaving for 48hrs to see if your skin reacts. Since all the colour products we use are PPD free, ammonia free and made from naturally derived ingredients, this is very rare, but it is still essential non the less.
Any regular customers that have had COVID or any of the COVID vaccines must carry out another patch test prior to any colour work, and all patch tests must be repeated every 6 months. We will keep track of all customers patch tests and will inform you when you’re due another, but please ensure you pop in for this as we will have to re-schedule your colour appointment if not.
